Long Length Well Riser Layflat Hoses Connecting with Heavy Pump Through the Weave Extracting Groundwater 8 Inch

Welline HP is made from extruded thermoplastic polyether based polyurethane (TPU) with excellent wear & tear properties and is approved by NSF 61 standard.
The reinforcement is made from circular woven filament polyester yarn. The extrusion through the weave production method gives a very strong bonding between cover and lining as well as firmly encapsulating the woven polyester.
Welline HP is chemical resistant, acid resistant, and corrosion resistant. These hoses are connected with submersible pump and are very easy to be installed and retrieved.

Inner tube and cover: Smooth PU cover and tube. One strip of reinforced polyurethane on the side of cover to support the electrical cables and accessories
Reinforcement: Circular woven polyester jacket

Installation

1. Assemble Weline HP hoses with WLHC coupling
2. Connecting WLHC coupling with submersible pumps
3. Attach power cable using Welline HP cable Straps
4. Hang Welline HP hose and pump
5. Lower Welline HP hose and pump into well
6. Assemble the other end of hose with WLHC coupling
7. Connecting WLHC coupling with well head base
8. Fix well head base
9. Install elbows, valve and other output pipes

For some large boreholes, vehicles and cranes are required to assist installation.
